Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
Recording all financial transactions and ensuring they are accurately entered into the company's accounting system
Supporting the department with audits and financial year-end processes
Helping in the management of accounts payable and receivable
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Collaborating with other departments to address financial queries and provide advice
Credit card reconciliations Profile
Demonstrable experience in a similar role (ideally within a purchase ledger role)
Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Temporary role ongoing for the next 3 months + Full and part time hours on offer + Free onsite parking + Flexible start / finish times + Paying £25,000
