As a Compliance Lead and PA, you will coordinate reports for submission to various external and internal bodies, this will see you have oversight on monthly Quality Account Narratives and audit timetables and leads.
You will also work collaboratively with the Regional Quality Improvement Leads ensuring that audits are carried out as required.
You will be overseeing the work of the hospital Medical Secretaries and Mental Health Act Administrators.

As a Compliance Lead and PA you will be:

Working autonomously to follow up actions, complete projects, ensuring compliance with all statutory requests and regulatory bodies.
Overseeing the quality dashboards for the hospital, ensuring that the dashboards are up to date and assessments are reviewed and updated as appropriate.
The ability to work with complex databases and electronic patient records.
~4 GCSE at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
~ An understanding of medical terminology
~ Knowledge of Quality Audits relevant to Independent Healthcare
~ Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and Elysium Healthcare have worked in partnership to provide a new purpose-built Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Surrey.
Emerald Place Clinic is a 12-bed general adolescent inpatient unit for the care and treatment of young people aged 13 up to the age of 18. You will be part of a team who supports young people who have a primary diagnosis of mental illness including those with neurodevelopmental disorders, mild learning disability and autism and those with disordered eating.
