Are you a seasoned and dedicated Registered Service Manager looking for an impactful opportunity in the South of Kent?
This Residential home provides care to those with Learning Disabilities. You will be supporting individuals with Autism, challenging behaviour and Phsychosis. They are looking for an energetic experience Registered Service Manager with a proactive mindset who is looking for a new challenge. You will need to have a good knowledge of CQC and experience working with those who have complex Learning Disabilities
Registered Service Manager / Dover / £46K
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards as a Registered Service Manager.
- Lead and inspire our support staff, providing continual guidance, training, and support.
- Craft and implement tailored care plans in alignment with individual needs, showcasing your prowess as a Registered Service Manager.
- To support service users to ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs are met.
- To support the personal development of each service user, ensuring that they are treated as an individual with their own unique support needs.
- Continuously evaluate service delivery, identifying areas for enhancement and executing necessary adjustments.
Possession of a Registered Manager's Award or equivalent in health and social care. Demonstrated managerial proficiency within the social care sector, particularly in similar environments.
- Worked in Learning Disability Care settings.
- Good understanding of CQC.
