He has featured in The Worlds 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Your role
As our Bar Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for assisting?the Bar team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests.
You will thoroughly understand Four Seasons' and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them. You will become thoroughly knowledgeable on menu's, ingredients, and beverages within our outlets. Our restaurant and Bar will exude charisma and create warmth which you will play a key part in bringing every day.
