STV Creative is looking for a Production Assistant, for a 12-month fixed term contract, to join our award-winning Creative Commercial team to support delivery of razor sharp, multiplatform campaigns for clients that cut through and help them stand out in the Scottish marketplace. Experts in STV, we use our insider product knowledge to help clients harness the power of our platforms and get results. 

This essential role is right at the heart of STV Creative, providing production and administration support in a fast paced, creative commercial environment. Provide administrative and production support to the Creative Director, Commercial.
Provide administrative and production support to the department including casting and shoot preparation, petty cash requests, invoice processing, responding to and trafficking enquiries, managing filing systems and paperwork.
Manage and book travel and accommodation for the department, as required.
Assist with research tasks including sourcing images and video content for presentations and pitches.
Clocking and digitising commercial copy.
Experience in an advertising or television production environment is desirable.
Full, clean driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year is essential.
Demonstrable passion for television advertising and marketing, including an understanding of the changing media landscape in broadcast and digital platforms.
Ability to use initiative and problem solve, escalating to senior colleagues as appropriate.
Excellent IT skills including proficiency in all MS Office, MAC and Teams applications.
Experience of pre-production, production, and post-production processes, including craft roles, facility/ technical requirements and health and safety legislation would be desirable.
