We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our clients Sales team based in Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in processing orders, providing pre- and post-sales support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Process high volumes of sales orders through the automated system.
Manage inbound enquiries, offering pre- and post-sales support via phone and email.
Organise deliveries from the extensive network of suppliers.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Identify and implement sales techniques to improve team performance.
Assist in setting and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Benefits:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
