Maintenance Lead
A global manufacturing company on the next phase of its major expansion is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Lead to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly respected organisation, where you’ll have the chance to build and lead a high performing maintenance engineering team. This role is responsible for owning and managing the operational maintenance, equipment reliability and related processes on site.
The role holder will be responsible for developing and implementing a maintenance strategy which ensures an efficient output of the business unit meeting all KPI’s.

Responsible for driving standards of safe working, execution, accuracy, and behaviours of the maintenance team.
The role holder will report directly to the site Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis and lead a small team of maintenance, including overall responsibility for all contractors.
Apprenticeship or University / College background in Maintenance.
Background knowledge & experience within a fast-moving manufacturing organisation.
Experience in leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing organisation
Degree educated – Mechanical, electrical, or lean manufacturing Engineering would be preferred
