As part of this framework, they are delivering a project worth £12m with a scope of works that includes earthworks, drainage and culverts etc. They are seeking as Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join one of their busy teams.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a small team of up to 10 that includes other Assistant and Senior Quantity Surveyors. Producing and sending enquiries with relevant documentation to subcontractors

Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliation

Change control and producing compensation events

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Knowledge and understanding of basic quantity surveying principles
