We're in search of an outstanding Growth Marketing Manager to steer and cultivate global marketing endeavours targeting our strategic markets. Using a blend of data-driven insights and customer-centric strategies, you'll spearhead efforts in demand and lead generation to propel our growth trajectory. Your role will encompass directing global marketing initiatives, orchestrating performance marketing campaigns across diverse markets,and elevating awareness and affinity for Tait while optimizing returns on investment.

Your commitment to relentless experimentation and refinement will drive the creation of tailored campaigns that resonate across relevant channels and audiences. Your passion for all things digital marketing and thorough understanding of demand generation and campaign activities, will be infectious and inspirational. You'll establish and streamline marketing processes and ensure seamless integration of technology stacks to enhance the customer journey. Overseeing our global marketing tech stack, which includes the Marketing Automation Platform , you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, regional marketing counterparts, and key stakeholders, supporting and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy.

The duties of the role will include:

  • Lead and plan comprehensive global campaigns and programs, leveraging the tech stack to increase conversions, generate demand, nurture prospects for our mission critical communications products, solutions and service offerings. You'll coordinate initiatives in cooperation with regional marketing teams and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing activities, while contributing innovative marketing strategies conducive to growth.
  • Prioritizing a seamless and exceptional customer journey across all marketing platform touchpoints.
  • Offering insights for the Growth Marketing budget and overseeing project expenditures to ensure adherence to deadlines and financial parameters.
  • Establishing procedural frameworks and defining objectives and key results (OKRs) for the Growth Marketing team in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Cultivating a comprehensive understanding of Tait's target markets, clientele, competitors, and market penetration strategies.

Ō pūkenga - About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience. It is also preferred if you have Hubspot certification, however not essential.

As well as:

Required :

  • Experience leading marketing campaigns globally including performance and brand.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms & CRMs
  • 5 years' experience in a marketing management role with technical marketing, digital or marketing automation/CRM focus

Preferred :

  • You have worked in corporate, global, or fast growth, complex businesses, managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management experience and experience managing staff.
  • CMS platform knowledge
