Support the Service Delivery Manager by providing administrative and operational coordination. Track job progress, chase updates, liaise with engineers and suppliers, and ensure jobs move forward smoothly. How will you be the change? Monitoring job queues and updating records accurately Contacting suppliers and engineers for updates and job progress Rebooking or rescheduling jobs as needed Raising purchase orders and processing updates in the system Supporting MI and reporting requirements Coordinate with the Service Delivery Manager to resolve escalation issues quickly, by taking ownership of jobs where loss of trade or critical asset failure has occurred until satisfactory completion keeping client informed until trade is resumed What does it take? Experience in a coordinator, scheduling, or admin role Comfortable with systems, phone, and email comms Able to juggle completing tasks and priorities Adherence to processes and procedures Detail-focused and highly organised Tenacious and persistent in chasing actions Clear communicator and team player Good Judgement & understanding when to escalate issues Working arrangements We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office and from home on a hybrid basis. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
