Dental Seekers are honoured to be working alongside a well-established, independent dental practice located in Brimington. They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic dentist to join their highly-skilled team.
The practice has fully modernised, state-of-the-art facilities, to ensure the best possible care is given to all patients. Being a part of this professional and experienced team will give you a chance to really progress your career and improve your skills in all aspects of dentistry.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest standards of treatment and patient satisfaction. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a patient-focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining the oral health of every patient that walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis, treatment, management, and preventative services.
- Perform routine dental examinations, fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, and other dental procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical histories.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative dental care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with NHS regulations and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team, including dental hygienists, dental nurses, and support staff.
- Stay up to date with advancements in dental technology and techniques through ongoing professional development.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on building long-term patient relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent).
- Full registration with the GDC.
- Valid NHS Performer Number ideal.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuing professional development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental care.
