Join Our Team at CWA: Shape the Future of Energy with Sizewell C
I am thrilled to announce a unique and exciting opportunity to join the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) in our mission to support the construction of Sizewell C. Sizewell C is set to become a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This project plays a vital role in our energy future, providing reliable and clean electricity for at least 60 years.
Agent Location: Suffolk office with regular site visits required
About the Role: As an Agent at CWA, you will be at the heart of our ambitious Sizewell C project. You will lead with a relentless focus on health and safety, motivate your section team, and oversee performance management.
Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team ensuring effective performance and development.
Ensure engineering control, quality, and productivity standards are met through targeted KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders including UK Government, relevant departments, regulators, and local communities, contributing to the overall success of the Sizewell C project.
Current driving license and CSCS Card.
SMSTS qualified.
