We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Nurse to join our team in Insch.
We offer Tier 2 sponsorship for eligible candidates who are looking to switch employers.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents’ health conditions.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Act as a mentor and role model to junior staff members.
Requirements:
NMC registration as a Nurse with an active PIN.
Previous experience working in a care home or similar setting.
Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of nursing best practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship .
