Our client, a cutting-edge deep-tech AI platform in the MENA region, is looking for a Director of Products. As Director of Product [B2B] you will define the vision and develop and grow a team that will make it a reality. [*This role requires relocation to Riyadh, KSA*]

Collaborating with the wider management team, especially in the areas of engineering, business, and content, you will play an essential role in identifying enterprise challenges and products that need to be defined and use these to inform the future roadmap and development strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • Inspire and lead a small team of Product Managers.
  • Understand our customers and their needs and guide our world-class team to ship remarkable solutions.
  • Leverage data to drive strategy, validate assumptions and assess ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders like Engineering, GMs and leadership to make prioritization and trade-off decisions based on concrete research and analysis.
  • Represent the team with partners and senior company leaders to align resources and prioritization.

Experience:

  • Over 8 years of Product Management experience within deep-tech AI, SaaS, Data, B2B
  • Experience taking one or more internet products through the full product cycle, from conception to launch to ongoing optimization based on customer feedback.
  • Passionate about design and obsession with delightful user experience.
  • World-class product vision, strategy, planning, development, and execution.
  • Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions.
  • Outcome-oriented, not reactionary. Articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it.
  • Leader, with a desire to constantly raise the bar on product processes and mentor members of your team
