performance and delivery? You will support growth, ensure safety and quality, and maximise
management expertise, and a significant background in CI methodologies.

Support and coach colleagues to achieve professional quality.
* Promote a culture of training and development.
* Ensure compliance with HSE, Feed safety, and quality requirements.

**Proven Manufacturing leadership experience with the ability to improve culture and performance.
* Experience managing significant budgets and capital projects.
* Ability to inspire the team to deliver business goals and lead through change and ambiguity.
* Sound understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate knowledge into cohesive plans.
* Excellent commercial and financial acumen with prioritisation skills.
* Experience gained in a Feed Mill, Anaerobic digestion plant or similar industry is desirable.
