We are seeking a highly conceptual, hands-on Art Director with a strong background in advertising and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content creation, with a proven ability to craft compelling visuals and ideas that resonate with diverse audiences. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable art directing in a studio environment as they are generating concepts and executing designs at their desk. Creative Conceptualization: Develop and execute innovative visual concepts across various media channels, including digital, social, print, and video.
Art Direction: Lead and direct photo and video shoots, ensuring that the creative vision is brought to life with precision and creativity.
Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content for social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and account teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions.
Present ideas and creative concepts to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind your work.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, content creation, and social media.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Guide and inspire junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency. Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with a solid understanding of video editing and motion graphics tools.
Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content strategies tailored to each.
Creative Vision: Exceptional conceptual skills, with the ability to think outside the box and push creative boundaries.
Versatility: Comfortable working across various mediums and channels, from traditional print to digital and social.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and solve creative challenges efficiently

­ Experience working with top-tier brands across various industries.
Familiarity with video production, photography, and other forms of multimedia content creation.
Knowledge of data-driven creative strategies and performance marketing.
The ability to scamp ideas to help sell in ideas and explain rationale both internally & externally
