We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Trainee Website Designer to join our dynamic team based in our Bournemouth Design Studio. If you have a passion for web design, a creative flair, and a willingness to learn, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Trainee Website Designer, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge required to design and maintain high-quality websites. Working closely with our experienced design team, you will gain hands-on experience in web development, user experience design, and content creation.

Training and Development:
Participate in a structured training program to acquire proficiency in web design tools, coding languages, and design principles.
Collaborate with senior designers to gain practical experience and insights into industry best practices.
Website Design
Assist in the creation and maintenance of visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
Contribute creative ideas to design projects and work towards implementing them under supervision.
Content Creation
~ Work with the content team to create and optimise website content, ensuring alignment with design standards.

Quality Assurance
~ Assist in conducting quality checks to ensure websites meet design specifications and are error-free.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to contribute to the overall success of projects.


A strong interest in web design and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
Basic understanding of design principles and familiarity with design tools.
Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and design software is a plus.
A portfolio showcasing any personal or academic design projects is highly encouraged.

Able to work both remotely and in the office.
Design-orientated with an eye for detail.
