IT Support Analyst – Be the Backbone of Technology
Do you thrive on problem-solving and enjoy ensuring technology runs like clockwork?

In this company, you’ll become the sole IT support person, forming part of a larger IT team where you’ll get the chance to support the entire company’s IT environment and products.

They’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established, growing organisation in Fareham. Location : Fareham (office-based, 5 days a week)
Engaging Role : Play a key role in maintaining and improving IT systems while providing hands-on technical support.

Provide technical assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
Provide IT support on desktop support issues around laptop, desktop and printer issues
Provide IT server and network support
Ensure seamless operation of IT systems, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions.
Coordinate IT resources and support ongoing projects like system upgrades and migrations.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and configurations.
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure IT services meet business needs.
Train end-users on IT tools and resources, ensuring best practices are followed.

Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and supporting colleagues.
Prior experience in IT support or a similar role is essential.

You’ll gain exposure to varied IT projects and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
