Our client is looking for a dynamic and proven Senior Branch Manager to help drive market share and support the day to day operations of the business in the Southampton location. You already possess great estate agency sales experience and are seeking greater responsibilities. As a Senior Branch Manager you will be leading a dynamic team which is part of a larger business covering all aspects of agency and have the chance to be part of the long term growth plans for the company and share in future rewards. Responsibilities for this Senior Branch Manager role will include:

  • Manage and prioritise business opportunities
  • Drive market share through new listings
  • Maintain and service the property register
  • Create excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Stay aware of the market conditions and offer professional advice
  • Ensure customers are referred for advice on mortgage and conveyance products
