Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking third-sector provider of community-based and residential care settings to adults with acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and individuals with autism. This quality-focused provider requires a Registered Manager to work within their established residential care and rehabilitation service for individuals with an acquired brain injury in the Horsham, West Sussex area.

Oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with an acquired brain injury.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
• Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the budget and financial management of the service.

A positive mindset and a passion for supporting individuals with a Disability through their rehabilitation journey.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
• Experience in leading and motivating care teams as well.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
• Ongoing training and development and career development opportunities.
