The role We’re looking for a Research Executive who is passionate about people. If you’re a creative and strategic thinker with an ability to spot insights and bring truth to your research, then we’d like to talk to you We’re looking for someone who knows how to get under the skin of the consumer, loves talking to people, is an incredible active listener, can decipher market and consumer issues – with the ultimate mission ‘to find the truth that drives effective creativity’. As a Research Executive you will have the opportunity to work across different industries and with some amazing clients. You'll develop good relationships across all departments, working closely with Account/Project Management colleagues, and liaising closely with the Creative/Design department and Strategy. You will:


  • Pride themselves on their attention to detail, their proactive nature and their curiosity to uncover engaging and story led insights for clients.
  • Be proactively involved in projects from beginning to end- from supporting at the proposal stage to analysis and presenting the debrief at the latter project stages.
  • Spend lots of time engaging with consumers understanding how they view brands and our clients categories - looking for real human truths that will impact on our clients business goals.
  • Work across the full spectrum of research methodologies from online communities, focus groups, depth interviews, quant surveys and desk research and utilise innovative techniques to analyse the data at pace.
  • Help lead a variety of tasks throughout the project process (such as depth interviewing, setting up online communities, liaising with suppliers for recruitment, designing questionnaires) and work to project deadlines.
  • Support on the production of exceptional research materials such as discussion and task guides for clients and work with all stakeholders to ensure relevant and useful. All designed with exacting standards to delight our clients and get the best from our research process.
  • Assist in the analysis of data – putting the consumers voice at the heart of your work and developing strong stories from the insights you uncover – both in written format and via presentations.
