As the Supply Chain Manager at Wagamama, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily relationship with our Distribution Supply Chain team, focusing on stock at the supplier and ensuring the delivery of products into distribution centres with a minimum of 99.5% availability to all restaurants. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and distributors.
Managing suppliers delivering into central distribution centres to ensure continuity of supply.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Overall responsibility for supply chain management related to menu changes, including stock write-off and sales forecast implementation/communication.
Forecasting with depots regarding key events and seasonal activity.
Collaborating with the commercial team to review and manage future supply chain strategy.
Overseeing the new supplier process into TRG's logistics provider.
Ensuring timely availability of all new lines for implementation.
Minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience.
Flexibility to cover weekends and some bank holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Full driving license.
