Salary: Up to £32 ,000 per annum
Location: Covering Bristol area
Hours of Work: Mon Fri, 8am - 5pm
A fantastic opportunity to work for a Building Maintenance Company who are currently recruiting for a Mobile Handyperson (Plumbing bias) to work on commercial & domestic contracts covering sites across the Bristol area. This is a permanent position paying a salary of upto £32,000 per annum with a company vehicle, fuel card etc. Working Monday Friday, 8am 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out general building repair and maintenance
- Tiling walls and flooring
- Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture
- Basic plumbing and small leak repairs
- Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles
- To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards
- Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards
- L8 works are required on site
Candidate requirements;
- Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs
- Experience ideally with Tiling
- Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in Plumbing
- Essential to have excellent client facing skills
- Must have Full UK Clean Driving licence
