Rikama Education are working with a SEN school in Broadstairs who are looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants to start immediately. The school caters for children and young people aged 4-19 who have a diagnosis of ASD, along with severe and complex learning needs. Your role as a LSA will be to provide learning and care support to all pupils. This will involve working with the teacher to plan and deliver activities and supporting pupils with routines, transitions and behaviour management. You will be required to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 3:30. Term time only. This is a long-term position and for the right candidates a temp to perm contract maybe offered.
