We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to lead one of our clients' team at a top-tier Recruitment Agency in Peterborough. As a key player in their organisation, you will oversee daily operations and drive business growth. The agency serves a diverse range of clients, from large on-site operations to small and medium-sized enterprises. This is an exciting time to join them, with clear plans for expansion.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively.
  • Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Take full accountability for the branch’s P&L.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.

Requirements Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in recruitment with a strong background in the Warehousing, industrials, construction, logistic, office and/or driving sectors.
  • Sales-focused and results-oriented.
  • Well-versed in current recruitment legislation and warehousing compliance standards.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
  • Demonstrates strong motivation and leadership abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
