Community Manager

Community Manager to join a dynamic agency specialising in digital performance marketing for the dental industry, they’re dedicated to helping dental practices thrive in the digital space. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing online communities for clients, driving engagement, and fostering brand advocacy. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a knack for building meaningful connections.
Develop and implement strategies to engage with the dental community across various digital platforms, including social media, forums, and online groups.
· Generate compelling and relevant content tailored to the dental industry, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and multimedia assets.
· Manage and grow social media channels for our clients, create and schedule content, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to comments and messages.
· Identify and connect with key influencers, thought leaders, and advocates within the dental community.
· Monitor online reviews, ratings, and comments to maintain a positive brand image for our clients.
· Collaborate with our marketing team to support digital marketing campaigns and promotions. Leverage community insights and feedback to inform campaign strategy and optimisation efforts.
· Track and analyse community engagement metrics, social media performance, and campaign effectiveness. Proven experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience in content creation, scheduling, and moderation.
· Creative thinker with a passion for building online communities and fostering meaningful connections.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to drive strategy and decision-making
