The Company:

An excellent opportunity for a Fashion Administrator to join a successful Ladieswear Fast Fashion Supplier. They are a leading supplier to Boohoo/PLT, Karen Millen, Coast etc. You will be working with the Senior Merchandiser and have full responsibility with great opportunities as the company grows. Would suit recent Fashion Graduate

The Role:

  • Liaising with various departments across the business such as, Accounts, Design, Sales, Shipping, etc. Maintain the critical path in line with the product ranges.
  • Liaise with the factories to ensure a continuous flow of information is in place.
  • Ensure the timely arrival of product orders.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Checking delivery notes.
  • Chase up labelling/ packaging approvals and product samples.
  • Manage customer orders ensuring all queries are answered and issues are resolved.
  • Accountable for the delivery of the critical path for product ranges.
  • Build progressive and effective relationships with customers and factories.
  • As appropriate report any issues which may affect the timely delivery of product orders.

Skills Required:

  • Fashion Graduate
  • Must be very organised and take responsibility for managing a key retail account.
  • Computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive and flexible.
  • Responsible and reliable.
