We are seeking a Cleaner to play an integral part in the cleaning team, ensuring that the premises are cleaned and maintained to an exceptional standard and contributing to the overall positive student experience.

To be successful, you’ll bring the following to the team:

  • Experience cleaning commercial and professional properties
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail

As a Cleaner at Buxton and Leek College, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team with the opportunity to develop both interpersonal skills and professional skills from your colleagues. There are career development opportunities within the team which could see you become Cleaner in Charge during your career with the University of Derby.

This role is to cover Buxton and Leek College – both Buxton Campus and Leek Campus. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 6am – 9am or 3pm/4pm – 6pm/7pm, with occasional weekend work.
