Someone who can look beyond the numbers to anticipate challenges and deliver real value for clients.

What’s the gig?

You’ll be leading cost management on data centre projects across the UK and mainland Europe. You’ll:

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and risk like a pro.
  • Partner with clients to understand their goals and add value at every stage.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything on track.
  • Travel occasionally to European sites (think Milan, Frankfurt, or Amsterdam).

You’ll handle multiple projects at once, so being organised is key—but so is being adaptable. No two days are the same in this game.

  • A solid Quantity Surveying background, ideally with MRICS accreditation.

  • A passport and a willingness to travel across Europe (but not every week—we get it, you have a life).
