Shift Patterns: Week 1: Monday 7am - 9.30pm, Friday 7am - 8am, Saturday 7am - 14.30pm - 22pm, Saturday 14.Who am I: I am a bubbly young person who enjoys going out for long drives, going out for lunch, visiting my parents, having books read to me and going to the day centre, which I attend twice a week. I need an experienced Support Worker that has a calming personality. I am living with autism, severe learning disabilities and complex needs. I require two-to-one support for personal care, preparing food, drinks, and medication. You will need to have a full UK driving licence which is essential, so that you can drive my manual car to take me out for social activities and day trips.

Support Worker Requirements
To apply for this role, you will need to have at least 1 year’s care experience based in the UK in the care sector, supporting individual(s) with Autism, severe learning disabilities, complex needs, challenging behaviour, and experience with Non-verbal clients.
A Full UK driving license is essential for this role.
