The Senior Project Manager will oversee the company’s R&D team and all projects they undertake to ensure they hit agreed deadlines. Along with management of the R&D team, you will also be responsible for analysing tenders, writing progress reports, identifying risks and developing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager

Ensure clear task prioritisation through the use of the YouTrack/Jira and Agile project management system with regular team meetings
Liaising with team members, management and customers to ensure projects are completed to the required standard.
Working with the R&D team to identify and communicate risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place as soon as possible to keep projects and tasks on track.
Provide mediation between different discipline (electronic, mechanical) engineers in order to ensure effective communication between R&D teams and team members.
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Line management of R&D team leads
Key Competencies of a Senior Project Manager

Qualified in engineering (hardware & software experience ideally
Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Pro?cient in agile project management & Jira
Experienced in risk management and budgeting
Background in engineering (Electronic/Mechanical/Software)
