The Nights Hygiene Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional hygiene practices throughout night operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong focus on food safety and team leadership, who thrives in ensuring compliance with all applicable food safety and hygiene legislation.

Ensuring all aspects of hygiene meet or exceed the BRC food safety standards and are compliant with current industry legislation.

* Managing hygiene budgets, monitoring expenditure, and overseeing stock levels of hygiene consumables.

* Overseeing the Hygiene and Amenities Operatives, ensuring shift rota management, training needs, and appraisals are fulfilled.

* Conducting regular audits, compliance inspections, and driving root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.

* Leading micro reduction initiatives, sampling for quality assurance, and continuously improving sanitation practices.

* This role requires a proactive leader who takes pride in maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Strong leadership, with proven experience managing teams in a hygiene or food safety role.

* Previous experience as a Hygiene Manager

* COSHH training

* Proficiency in computer use for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
