Taylor Root is working with an established brand in the consumer and manufacturing sector. They're looking to hire a 7+ PQE Senior Commercial Lawyer, who can start in May on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting into the Head of Legal & Compliance, this role will be leading the Commercial Contracts division of the EMEA legal team providing advice across their 17 affiliates.
Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts e.g. Handling contracts for data systems and software relating the company's platforms;
Advising on agreements for their affiliates across continental Europe, and supporting on project-related documents;
Supporting on the development of improving efficiencies within the legal team and the upkeep of their contact management system.
7+ years' experience in commercial law.
~ Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
