The Role: As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing a robust B2B sales and marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key markets, particularly within Financial Services, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement teams and other key stakeholders to effectively position our AI-powered workflow solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our sales and marketing strategies align with product offerings and business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the B2B technology or Financial Services sectors.
  • Strong background in working with Financial Services procurement teams and navigating complex commercial negotiations.
