The Role: As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing a robust B2B sales and marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on penetrating the Financial Services sector, leveraging your experience working alongside procurement teams to shape our proposition and navigate commercial complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales and marketing plan that aligns with Agentic Workflows' growth objectives.
- Identify and target key markets, particularly within Financial Services, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with procurement teams and other key stakeholders to effectively position our AI-powered workflow solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our sales and marketing strategies align with product offerings and business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and ensure a competitive edge.
- Track and report on sales and marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the B2B technology or Financial Services sectors.
- Strong background in working with Financial Services procurement teams and navigating complex commercial negotiations.
- Ability to craft compelling value propositions and effectively communicate them to senior decision-makers.
- Results-driven, with a pragmatic approach to achieving targets and driving growth.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to execute plans and adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
