This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organisational skills to play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency to achieve project goals.

Oversee the entire production lifecycle for Style 2 Avatars, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, technical partners, and Art Managers, to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage communications and ensure seamless workflow between internal teams and external partners, maintaining alignment with project objectives and milestones.
Proactively identify and address potential issues, devising effective solutions to mitigate project risks.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, exchange updates, and collect feedback from all stakeholders involved.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders, showcasing project status and outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production role within the gaming or technology sectors, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
Strong knowledge of the creative and technical processes involved in digital avatar production.
Proficiency in using project management software, Google Sheets/Docs, and other relevant tools.
