About the role - As a Registered Manager you will be accountable for the overall quality of this 59 bed extra care service and that it conforms with CQC standards. You will be a proven leader and with the support of 2 Care Support Co-ordinators, you will ensure the highest level of care is delivered. Duties include working with housing providers, recruitment, supervisions, audits, risk management and quality assurance.
We are looking for an energetic person with older care experience. You will have a thorough knowledge of CQC quality requirements, and a relevant professional qualification (e.g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN/RGN, NVQ 4/5, RMA)
