Centralised Planner (12 month FTC)
Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time
The Centralised Planner role is responsible for ensuring service excellence by coordinating the operational and administrative aspects of service delivery to designated clients while meeting agreed-upon performance KPIs, SLAs, and service standards.
Efficiently schedule auditing activities by collaborating with auditors, ROMs, and Enterprise accounts, prioritising cost-effectiveness, auditor well-being, and accuracy
Proactively manage client scheduling to minimise travel, optimise audit utilisation, and assign suitable auditors
Onboard new clients and maintain relationships with IAN and Enterprise accounts as assigned
Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Head of Strategic Planning
Proficiency in advanced computer skills and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
