Fawkes & Reece South are working with a regional contractor that works in collaboration with local authorities and private clients. They are a principal contractor that self-deliver on projects that are worth between £2m and £8m. They are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their busy preconstruction team that tenders on projects that have a scope of works that includes s278 works, road construction, flood alleviation schemes, bridges, structures and other infrastructure.
The role is suitable for an Estimator looking for the opportunity to step into a senior role or an established Senior Estimator that'll work with the senior management. Assessments of potential projects all prior to tender reviews and submission of quotations
Dealing with sub contract quotations
Managing the production of the tender costs in consultation with the project planner, design manager and bid manager allocated to the project
Experience tendering on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
