Votre futur environnement de travail
Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Système d’Information (DSI) du Groupe, vous rejoignez une grande famille de 500 collaboratrices et collaborateurs talentueux et passionnés par leur métier. La DSI est répartie dans 14 pays. Elle définit, intègre et exploite les systèmes d’information et les infrastructures informatiques en France et à l'étranger.
Vous intégrez directement l’équipe Réseaux et Télécoms composée de 70 personnes présentes en France comme à l’international (Inde, UK, Espagne, Allemagne, Belgique).
Votre rôle et vos missions
Votre mission, si vous l’acceptez, est de contribuer à l’organisation et au suivi de l’équipe «exploitation» sécurité réseau. En tant que leader d’équipe vous assurez le suivi quotidien d’environ 10 collaborateurs.
Ceci implique que votre rôle est notamment de:
Définir et assurer le suivi des missions et des objectifs de chacun d’entre eux,
Prendre la responsabilité de l’exploitation d’un parc de près de 500 Firewalls ainsi que des différents projets dans le respect des priorités et des objectifs de l’année,
Être force de proposition pour faire évoluer et progresser l’organisation et les activités,
Contribuer à la préparation de la roadmap et de l’exercice budgétaire.
Vous intégrez un périmètre international principalement en anglais. Vous travaillez au sein d’un environnement en constante évolution dans le domaine de la sécurité réseau :
Check Point avec blade Next generation, Palo Alto, Ivanti (Pulse Secure), …
Environnements physiques et virtuels
Environnements «On Premise» et dans le Cloud

Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 et issu(e) d’une école d’Ingénieurs ou d’une formation équivalente, vous justifiez d'au moins 7 ans d'expériencedans le domaine de l’administration d’équipements Firewall. Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la gestion opérationnelle d’un parc et une première expérience de management d’équipe.
Vous souhaitez sortir des sentiers battus, proposer des idées novatrices pour faire évoluer votre périmètre, vous savez convaincre vos interlocuteurs et les fédérer. Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais et aimez travailler dans un milieu interculturel. Vous êtes curieux, dynamique, sociable et cherchez à rejoindre une équipe bouillonnante d’énergie?
