Launched just 2 years ago, we’ve already sold over 5 million cans through our own DTC site and Amazon in the UK and USA, and we’re steadily growing month on month. With a highly engaged audience, a full product lineup confirmed and significant marketing firepower behind us, we’re now expanding into retail to bring Neutonic into the hands of millions more.
Our mission is simple: to help people think clearly, focus better, and get more done - without the crash. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our UK team and help drive the brand forward through creative campaigns, partnerships, and consistent execution across all touchpoints. Reporting into the Head of Marketing (US), you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day marketing operations and delivering campaigns that grow awareness, drive sales, and strengthen brand positioning.
You’ll work across campaign development, social media, affiliates, partnerships, events, and retail activations. This is an exciting role for someone from the beverage or FMCG startup world who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to help shape one of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands.
Support on campaign ideation and execution, including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and digital marketing pushes.
Content & Brand Education: Work directly with the founders and key stakeholders on content strategy and storytelling, helping shape how Neutonic educates consumers on focus, energy, and nootropics across all platforms.
Social Media: Help oversee the social team, ensuring all content supports the brand calendar, key campaigns, and retail moments.
Affiliate Marketing: Help to Manage and grow the UK affiliate program, nurturing relationships, tracking results, and optimising for performance.
Identify and execute brand partnerships, collaborations, and on-the-ground activations that build awareness and drive trial.
Retail Marketing: Lead retail activation planning for new UK launches, including in-store visibility, sampling, and shopper marketing initiatives.
Events: Support planning and execution for UK-based events, pop-ups, and campaign moments.
Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and share learnings to improve future activity.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a beverage or FMCG brand.
