We’d love to hear from youWhat will you be doing:At Skipton, there’s always something to be getting involved in, and this role is no differentGuide and mentor junior members of the team and help them level-up their skillsEnsure the teams’ priorities are strategically aligned to the corporate plan objectives and product roadmaps.You’ll collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.Be involved in user research and analysis to gain insights into user behaviours, preferences, and pain points.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualise design concepts and interactions.Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.What Do We Need From You?We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer at Skipton Building Society, who can bring innovation, passion, and energy to the team to design and deliver seamless digital experiences for our members.
