What will you undertake as a Workshop Controller?
Overseeing all workshop activity, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard and on time.
Ensuring maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams.
Driving towards strong financial performance and strategizing to streamline operations.
Conducting training, leading the workshop team to bring new staff and apprentices up to the high-quality standards that you’ll be maintaining.
Carrying out quality inspections.
Reviewing staff performance.
