Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a skilled Perioperative Practitioner with Orthopaedic Scrub experience to join a prestigious healthcare team in Bristol. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, attractive benefits, and a £3,000 joining bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your expertise in Orthopaedic Scrub to contribute to the daily operations of our busy theatre department.
  • Embrace opportunities for professional development, including training in major orthopaedics.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and proficiency across scrub, anaesthetics, and recovery areas, or specialise in one or two as preferred.
  • Deliver compassionate patient care and maintain effective communication within the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with NMC/HCPC registration and unrestricted PIN.
  • Prior experience in minor orthopaedics; training in major orthopaedics will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Previous experience with Total Hip and Total Knee replacements preferred.
  • Teaching qualification and/or assisting qualification desirable.
