What will you be doing as their Production Manager?
Guiding, overseeing, and nurturing the systems production and test team, fostering a culture of empowerment and accountability.
Championing and achieving ongoing enhancements in production, showcasing measurable advancements in quality, with the ultimate aim of achieving 100% Right First Time (RFT) outcomes.
Spearheading initiatives to streamline production processes and establish a LEAN operational framework.
Proactively identifying areas for improvement and steering the execution of projects to unlock benefits, both within production and across other operational domains.
What do you need to demonstrate in order to be shortlisted for the Production Manager?
A minimum of 3 years working within a Team Leadership or Management role within production/manufacturing environment
A strategic thinker - our client are looking for someone who can not only understand the 'hands-on' aspect of production management, but also someone who is able to interpret manufacturing data in order to create production plans for immediate and future production capacity plans.
