Mon - Fri 8am to 4:30pm
~ Permanent Position
~25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
~ Company van and tools
~ Paid travel time
Mobile building services role working in various offices and leisure centre
Covering general building repairs (fixing doors, basic plumbing, fire extinguisher checks etc.)
Completing emergency lighting checks and fire extinguisher checks
PPM and reactive maintenance
Previous experience in a building services or facilities management role
C&G/ NVQ or equivalent in a building/ construction trade (Preferred)
Driver's license (essential)
Plumbing, Plastering, Carpentry, Joinery, Building maintenance, Facilities management
