Are you an experienced CNC Machinist (milling and turning) and looking for an exciting new role The company is on a significant upward trajectory and will soon be offering global clients groundbreaking technology to significantly reduce their energy costs
You can play a huge part in this by being at the forefront of the R&D process producing metallic components either on milling or turning machines. No days will be the same as there is low repetition on machined parts and lots of changes and tweaks to components that then need machining. Ability to use manual and full CNC machines is required.
The company is ideally seeking an experienced CNC Machinist, but will also be looking to hire a more junior person who is looking to build on their CNC knowledge.
25 Days Holidays plus bank holidays
~ Days only (mon to Fri)

~ Key responsibilities of CNC Machinist:

Set and operate manual and CNC milling / turning machines.
Work from CAD designs and specifications to complete various machining operations using information such as dimensions, tolerances, quantities and any special instructions
Design and manufacture fixtures
Responsible for own quality using required hand tools
CNC Machinist knowledge and skills required:

~5+ years experience in a CNC environment (R&D experience would be advantageous)
~ Working knowledge of CNC machines and ability to set up tooling on the machines
~ Working knowledge of maths in a manufacturing environment
