Miro's Product Marketing team is responsible for crafting Miro's story. The team partners closely with many functions at Miro, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, Success, Support, Growth, and Brand. Successful Product Marketers at Miro think like general managers of their area: flexible but constantly seeking mastery, with strong customer empathy, creative problem-solving ability, research, synthesis, and analytical skills. We regularly shift from high-level strategy to tactical marketing execution, with a bias towards personal accountability and action.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Product Marketing Programs team to drive the planning, execution, and operational cadences within our largest product launches and marketing campaigns. You will partner directly with Product Marketing Managers, marketing leaders, and senior marketers and manage our high-impact product launches and ongoing solutions campaigns across the organization. This pivotal role ensures that our marketing execution aligns seamlessly with our business strategy and product goals, making it a high-impact and high-leverage position.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Leads to oversee the planning, execution, and outcomes of major product launches and campaigns
Drive and oversee cross-functional projects and initiatives from development to execution, bringing together various stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment
Manage and coordinate all operational components of Miro's Marketing launch process, including alignment touchpoints, action items, milestones, and issue and risk mitigations
Deliver clear internal communications regarding product launches, facilitating progress by making decisions, removing obstacles, and escalating issues as needed, in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers
Effectively partnering across the organization, serving as a key touchpoint between Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
5+ years experience in project and program management, specifically supporting marketing teams and facilitating the launch of campaigns
~ Ability to work across global cultures and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
~ Highly proactive, exceptionally organized, and a self-starter who can efficiently manage multiple projects and roadmaps simultaneously
