Senior / Principle Associate - Private Client -Norwich with hybrid working available

Client

Role
  • Based in Norwich, with occasional travel to London and Cambridge offices.
  • Working alongside the Norwich partners on complex/high value matters, as well as running your own caseload.
  • The work is varied, acting for a range of clients from landowners to entrepreneurs, and it is often necessary to work collaboratively with other teams e.g. real estate, corporate.

You
You will be an enthusiastic 4 year PQE+ solicitor with experience gained at a large regional or City firm, advising high net worth individuals and trustees on a range of issues including:

  • estate and succession planning;
  • inheritance tax and capital gains tax;
  • complex Will drafting;
  • trustee powers and duties; and
  • establishment of trusts.

You will have experience running your own files, including financial management. Ideally, you will have completed/be working towards the STEP Diploma.
