Salary: £54,793+

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a team of operators to create and deliver new training courses and also deliver existing courses to a variety of disciplines within BAE
  • Define and manage a training delivery process, from requirements to signoff, to support the needs of the business
  • Manage the maintenance and discharge of existing training courses
  • Analyse and assess training requirements and help lead the development of new courses
  • Manage the maintenance of the training environments
  • Facilitate ad-hoc training as and when required

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience of managing/leading a team
  • Demonstrable experience in training and in the delivery of training
  • A training qualification such as TAP would be advantageous
