Based in one location, you'll lead maintenance programmes and teams, ensuring efficiency and excellence across various shifts.

The important part

  • Upto £61k per annum, considering experience and shift allowances.
  • Mon to Thurs, 6pm to 5am

Job Overview

As an Engineering Supervisor, you'll oversee building control systems, maintenance programmes, and staff at designated locations. Your role is pivotal in upholding quality standards and ensuring efficient operations during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise planned maintenance activities to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.
  • Execute routine servicing, repairs, or adjustments of machinery according to schedules.
  • Control, monitor, and update building maintenance/access control systems.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing planned maintenance schedules for equipment.
  • Supervise maintenance/engineering activities, maintaining high standards.
  • Ensure accurate recording and scheduling of energy/fuel costs and consumption.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures, reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise building facilities' benefits.
  • Organise and maintain documentation related to building equipment and systems.

What Our Client Requires

  • Completion of full-time apprenticeship in electrical or Building Services HVAC discipline, with relevant certifications (City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3).
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in complex environments.
  • Ability to motivate staff, communicate effectively, and handle stressful situations.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service, aligned with our client's values.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and provide support and guidance.
